Cancellation Policy

Thank you for being a member of Kirsty's Kitchen Club.

We're always looking to improve so would be incredibly grateful if you were able to provide feedback on your experience and any improvements you'd like to see in the future.

1. Subscription Access

Kirsty’s Kitchen is a digital subscription service, paid monthly, gaining subscribers access to members-only areas containing a growing database of blog posts. By subscribing, you acknowledge that you are purchasing access to digital content.

2. Payments & Renewals

  • Subscriptions are billed automatically each month on the date of original purchase.

  • By subscribing, you authorise Kirsty’s Kitchen to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

  • It is the subscriber’s responsibility to ensure payment details are current and valid.

3. Cancellations

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting us at [insert email].

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain access until that date, and no further payments will be taken.

  • We do not offer pro-rata refunds for unused portions of a billing period.

4. Refunds

Because Kirsty’s Kitchen provides immediate access to digital content upon payment, all subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.
Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Forgetting to cancel before renewal.

  • Lack of usage of the subscription.

  • “Change of mind” after purchase.

Refunds may only be considered if:

  • You were charged in error (e.g., duplicate payment).

  • There is a verified technical fault preventing access to the service that we cannot resolve.

5. Disputes & Chargebacks

By subscribing, you agree to this Cancellation & Refund Policy.

  • Chargebacks raised contrary to these terms may be treated as fraudulent and will be disputed with your bank.

  • Kirsty’s Kitchen will provide evidence of your subscription, login activity, and acceptance of these terms when defending claims.
